What is the Accounting Circle?

The SIUC Accounting Circle, organized in 1990, is made up of alumni and friends of the SIUC School of Accountancy. Its purpose is to provide financial support for student scholarships and School assistance. Financial assistance provided by the SIUC Accounting Circle enables the SIUC School of Accountancy to increase its scholarship and fellowship programs, fund student projects and awards, and purchase equipment and teaching aids not funded by the College of Business.

In recognition of their support of the School of Accountancy, Accounting Circle members receive annual newsletters, are regularly invited to School of Accountancy social events, and frequently participate in student organization functions.  In short, they maintain a continuing relationship with the School of Accountancy at SIUC. Without their support, the School could not accomplish its objectives and goals.
