One of the newest members of the College of Business faculty, Professor Campbell says it didn’t take him long to embrace SIU students “They're a great diverse group that genuinely cares about learning,” he said.
A native of Birmingham, Ala., Campbell earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from The University of Alabama and a doctorate in marketing from The University of Mississippi. He joined SIU in 2006.
Campbell’s professional experience includes stints at Perforex in Ontario, Canada, Mach S.à.r.l. & Mach Americas, G.D. in Luxembourg as well as Accenture and BellSouth Telecommunications in Birmingham, Ala.
Campbell researches marketing strategy and focuses on competitive dynamics and the use of competitor information in the development of marketing strategies and product design.
