The Saluki Marketing Network represents recent SIU marketing graduates and keeps recent graduates connected to the SIU marketing department.  This group of motivated graduates supports the SIU Marketing department and the marketing external advisory board.  Representation from the American Marketing Association, Pi Sigma Epsilon and Alpha Kappa Psi are also very active in the Saluki Marketing Network.   The Saluki Marketing Network hosts social events, creates networking opportunities for recent graduates and works to ensure that the SIU Marketing department will have strong and viable alumni to support its activities in the future.  The mission of the Saluki Marketing Network is as follows:

Support and promote the SIU marketing department
• Establish and maintain relationships with current students and alumni
• Serve as mentors to current students and alumni
• Participate in activities sponsored by SIU, COBA and the Marketing department
• Represent SIU, COBA, and the marketing Department with pride and professionalism
