Deloitte foundation donates to business college

Deloitte & Touche USA donate $4,000 to the School of Accountancy

School of Accountancy Director Marcus D. Odom accepts a check from a representative of The Deloitte Foundation.

School of Accountancy Director Marcus D. Odom announced that The Deloitte Foundation, funded by Deloitte & Touche USA LLP, donated $4,000 to the School.

The money will be used for faculty fellowships and student scholarships.

The Deloitte Foundation is a not-for-profit organization that supports accounting, business and related fields of study within the U.S. Its national programs benefit university students and faculty and promote excellence in teaching and research, curriculum innovation, and cooperation among practitioners and the academic community. It funds the Deloitte Doctoral Fellowship Program, Trueblood Seminars for Professors, Matching Gifts Program and many other higher education initiatives.
