Business college launches parent newsletter

SIU College of Business has launched “Staying Connected,” a monthly e-newsletter specially created for parents of business students. To view the latest edition, visit http://www.cba.siu.edu/newsltr/parents/0308/

“Parents are invested in their son or daughter’s education so we want to keep them up-to-date on news and events at CoBA – all to better serve Saluki families,” said J. Dennis Cradit, dean of the College of Business. “Parents are a vital part of our community. They may not be on campus but their presence is deeply felt.”

“Staying Connected” includes a “Message from the Dean,” “Upcoming Events” that parents can attend, “Career Corner” with information about job placements and opportunities for students, “Focus on Student Service” with articles on services available to CoBA students and news items about students, faculty, staff and alumni.
