Conrad Houeto of the Republic of Benin, master of accountancy student in the College of Business and Administration, received the prize at the NABA conference in Philadelphia in June. Amanda F. Camacho has never taken life for granted. The granddaughter of native Puerto Ricans , Amanda was raised by police officer parents in inner-city Chicago.
